I'm In love with the chicken here. My friend suggested this place to get some good Louisiana chicken. He is a native of Louisiana and is very critical of places that make Cajun/creole food. I knew this place had to be great if he took me here. There was a short line but a long wait, and it was well worth it. The crowds that formed in front of this establishment knew good food. The wings, Fish, and fried rice were delicious. This place is an excellent substitute if you can't get to Louisiana to eat. Whenever I do not feel like cooking for myself, you will be in and here.

I work pretty close to this place and was always wanting to try it but just never did. Well I was off yesterday and finally decided imma go inside to order. Had no expectations really based off the yelp photos. The lady at the counter was very friendly and was in a good positive mood so I liked that. Ambiance is just okay but I would much rather get the food to go. I ordered the 5 wings and got dirty rice and then ordered one piece of fish just because I was curious. Took it home and snapped some horrible, at home, about to binge Netflix pics of the food. Lol Asked them to fry my wings hard and they were perfect. The seasoning in the coating was delicious. Has a lil salt, spice and flavor. Honestly it was some of the best fried chicken wings I've had in a while here and a good price for 5 of them. They were so good I honestly want to order them again today, and I just might The fish wasn't my favorite. It's not real catfish of course but idc about that, I just didn't enjoy the seasoning on it, or lack there of. Which was surprising because the chicken had so much flavor. The dirty rice wasn't bad but it was also lacking something. Some spice and a bit more flavor. But it was edible. I think I would try the fries and okra next. I would definitely recommend Trying the chicken. The fried shrimp looks promising and once I order it, I will come back to update the review. Give me like a week
